Refund Policy

RTS takes no refunds for any merchandise or items purchased. All sales and services provided by RTS Wrenchworx are final. Due to the nature of automotive repair services, no refunds will be issued for labor, diagnostics, parts, deposits, or completed services under any circumstances. Once work has begun or services have been rendered, payment is non-refundable. RTS Wrenchworx is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction resulting from factors beyond our control, including pre-existing vehicle conditions or manufacturer defects. Any concerns regarding workmanship or service quality must be addressed directly with RTS Wrenchworx so they may be reviewed in accordance with our service policies, but such review does not guarantee a refund.
